For many clients, the hardest part of an appointment is not the visit itself-it is simply getting there. Our Patient Transportation Service was created for ambulatory clients who can walk without heavy medical equipment but need a safe, language‑aware ride.

We frequently transport patients to medical appointments, physical therapy, imaging studies, workers' compensation evaluations, and immigration‑related visits. Because we also work as interpreters, we understand how crucial punctuality and confidentiality are in these moments.

Rides are calm and respectful: we confirm times and locations in plain language, review appointment details if requested, and wait on‑site when interpretation is scheduled as well. Clients often tell us that knowing the same trusted person will both drive and interpret turns a stressful outing into something manageable.
